茶庄美景画中来茶艺风情惹人醉
奉化以溪口蒋氏故里和雪窦山佛教名山扬名海内外.在成为宁波市辖区后,奉化把山水引入城市,让城市与乡村田园交融.奉化区尚田镇奉茶山庄脱颖而出,可与国外葡萄庄园比肩,呈现中国茶庄园的美丽.
悠然南山
“采菊东篱下,悠然见南山.”晋代陶渊明笔下的南山,悠然恍惚.奉茶山庄在南山茶场,此南山虽非彼南山,但其靓丽风光同样让人向往.2012年,南山茶场被评为“全国30家最美茶园”之一.经过五六年精心打造,茶山中的奉茶山庄茶庄园更美丽别致.
南山茶场海拔在500～600米之间,从杨家堰村拔地而起,曲曲弯弯的盘山公路穿越竹海到山庄驻地,直觉高峻陡峭,云雾在脚下飘忽.
认识那里的美丽生态,得讲一个真实的故事.十年前,有位在德国的中文工作者,与德国的环保专家结婚成家,在华探亲时,带着的两岁小孩一直感冒未愈.其丈夫以为与空气有关,几经周折来到南山茶场借住.人到山中,小孩子就活蹦乱跳,身体康复.这消息一经传开,境外人士以寻茶、访茶为由,常来南山.
南山茶场空气新鲜,不光凭人的感受.世界卫生组织公布的清新空气有标准,每立方厘米空气中要含有1000～1500个负氧离子,负氧离子以每立方厘米计,若在500个左右,能满足健康人生活需要；若不到200个,人就会陷入亚健康状态以致得病,而南山茶场的负氧离子平均则在5000个以上.
南山茶场上建立的奉茶山庄,不但是养生宝地,而且有美丽风光,峰峦幽谷纵横,茶山间种樱花、桂花、水蜜桃、板栗、银杏等,山顶又有可钓鱼的两个“天池”.繁花杂树长在山腰的竹海之上,春有花,夏有青,秋有果,冬有雪.前来南山接洽休养度假的单位与个人更是络绎不绝.
神农奉茶
人们见过茶却并不一定认识茶.茶的大俗大雅,从“柴米油盐酱醋茶”到“琴棋书画诗曲茶”可见一斑.现代科学证实,科学饮茶,既有利于身体健康,又有利于心理健康.如今人们对茶越来越讲究,一杯好茶,在产地、品种、采摘、加工、储藏、冲泡等多个环节上都大有学问.
南山茶场场长方谷龙顺势而为,既重视品牌建设,又着眼于全面提高茶叶品质,并且有创新举措.一批企业家到南山茶场认养“私家茶园”.许多人每年付上一定的资金,可以拥有自己的私家茶园.茶园管理不必操心,出产的“奉化曲毫”名茶由专业人员加工、包装,打上专属印记后可.认养“私家茶园”的主人若有兴趣,还可以随时带上亲朋好友,在私家茶园里体验采茶乐趣,见证茶叶生产全过程.至今已有15家企业认养了40多亩茶园.闲暇日子里,私家茶园主人带上家人孩子到茶园来玩,提升生态幸福感,可谓“天补、地补、心补”.
茶的高雅品位还在于其文化意义,以茶会友、以茶敬客、以茶自省,使茶成为中华优良传统文化的组成部分,在南山茶场发挥得淋漓尽致.奉化茶文化节每年在南山茶场开幕,有关传统文化的节目精彩纷呈,太极、民歌在茶山演示,舞龙队在茶山起舞,人们争相观赏.
南山茶场舞龙得天时地利人和优势,茶和天下的丰满内涵,与龙同属中华优良传统文化,“神农奉茶”的茶文化节主题正好与舞龙吻合,加浓了茶文化节的热烈气氛.
今年4月14日,当宁波茶文化促进会会长郭正伟宣布奉化茶文化节开幕后,神龙奉茶,十二支舞龙队在细雨中起舞.每条龙近10人组成,舞龙人或清一色女子,或清一色男生,龙有、青色、紫色、白色等,每条龙以一色为主,配上多种色彩,瞠目张颔.龙身环曲10米左右,或扭、或跳、或仰、或跪、或摇等有多种姿势,威风凛然,以示祈求平安和吉祥.
1996年,奉化被命名为“中国民间艺术（布龙）之乡”.奉化布龙发韧于南山山麓条宅村.传说有黑龙被人们视为“魔鬼”,曾飞到南山一带作恶,被中华神龙斗败而逃,南山之麓留下了神农造化之处.奉化布龙国家级非遗传承人陈行国,其家族在条宅世代以制龙、舞龙为生,他制作的“龙”曾经舞到国内外.中华人民共和国成立初期,条宅布龙队还到过北京,向党和国家领导人作过表演.
去年3月,奉化有800名学生组成的舞龙队出访英国.今年5月5日、6日两天内,应韩国大邱广域市市长邀请,条宅村布龙队在韩国参加了“2018大邱多彩庆典”广场布龙表演、巡游等.
感恩自然
奉茶山庄依托南山茶场,挖掘茶文化,在产业链上衍生出“茶+”模式,如“茶+鱼塘”、“茶+宠物”、“茶+林蛙”、“茶+土鸡”.以“茶+香猪”来说,茶香猪引种世界长寿之乡巴马香猪,茶叶拌饲料喂养长大.猪肉切片与米饭和着煮,最后出锅的饭与茶香猪肉很是美味.更值得一提的是“奉茶山庄特供酒”,朴素的篾盒外包装上点缀着片片竹叶,扎上红色中国结,内置两节天然毛竹桶,每桶有500克“原生态竹酒”.这档特供酒的加工也鲜为人知：当毛笋长成数丈高的嫩竹时,在若干竹节中人工注入上乘的酒,密封后等到第二年毛竹长成时,砍下毛竹,切成有酒的几节毛竹桶.酒在毛竹中醇化一年,清香可口.
奉茶山庄乡土味,美在舌尖味蕾,更有四季风情.一般山庄冬季少人,奉化山庄却招来不少访客,逢年过节时,约上三五家亲朋好友,清静入住,玩上几天,睡在山水间,住在人情里.告别喧闹的市井,在山庄雪夜室内,围着小红炉煮茶玩牌,也是一种情趣生活.至于秋高气爽时节,那里步行登山人员众多,汽车上山走弯道就要花20分钟,而从古道步行上山也不过30分钟而已.山路坡陡,人走得浑身汗淋,攀登到山庄喝上绿茶或红茶,那种劳顿之后的饮茶享受和惬意,难以言状.待到夏日炎炎,山上气温比山下低4℃～7℃,常有人来到这避暑佳处,凉爽宜人.夏夜,山庄屋顶备有吊篮、躺椅,置身天低山高的山野,仰卧眺望星空,以至孩子不想回到房间.时至春茶上市,游人踏青上山品茶,朝看日出,暮披晚霞,是很多游客向往的活动.奉茶山庄的入住房间也与众不同,春时窗外的气息涌入室内,插入瓶中的杜鹃花开红艳艳,弯弯的茶枝上嫩叶绿盈盈,一目了然的原生态.山庄又有让外宾领略中国茶庄园的特别设施,比如有适应日本友人入往的榻榻米,可谓宾至如归.
放眼奉茶山庄,地处东海之滨,象山港近在咫尺；南山巍巍,寓意高寿.奉茶山庄的美丽佳境,无论是年长的,还是年轻的,聚餐时总是祝辞连连,“寿比南山,福如东海”出现的频率最高.
Tea Resort in Fenghua

It is said that tea plantations in China are as beautiful as vineyardsin Europe. Some people think the comparison is apt. As agiant tea producer, China presents a whole range of tea plantationsacross the country. There are even rankings about the beautifulnessof tea plantations. Fenghua, a county-level city under the jurisdictionof Ningbo in eastern Zhejiang, boasts Southern Mountain TeaPlantation, which came out as one of China top 30 most beautifultea plantations in a national evaluation conducted by an agency underthe Ministry of Agriculture in 2012.
The core of the plantation is Fengcha Resort. It is now morebeautiful than it was in 2012. The plantation is in the mountainsabout 600 meters above sea level. The resort is actually a group ofbuildings with orchards and ponds, surrounded by woods and bambooforests. For some people, the resort means extremely fresh air that purifies the body and the mind. Zhejiang Essayists Associationoperates a home-away-from-home base here. Essayists regularlyvisit the resort and stay for a while to escape from the maddingworld and enjoy the serenity and gorgeous beauty offered by theresort. Zhejiang Photographers Association also appoints this resortas a work base where photographers can do field studies to theirhearts’ content. Institutions and businesses often send their peoplehere to take a break and unwind themselves. Some individualschoose to spend some time here at regular intervals.
The resort now produces more than tea. It has long sincebranched out in many other fields. At the resort, tourists can buy alot of local produces. The resort operates a pig farm somewhere inthe mountains. The pigs there grow up eating feed with tealeesas an ingredient. The pork from the farm is a delicacy one can’tfind anywhere else. The resort also offers wine contained inside abamboo stem. Wine is injected into the internodal regions of a stemof a young bamboo in spring. The internodal regions serve as winebottles. After the injection holes are sealed, the bamboos are left togrow. Wine inside matures for a year. The wine contained in bamboostems is then sold to tourists at the resort.
The plantation produces excellent tea. What makes the plantationspecial is that individuals and businesses are allowed to adopt acertain area of tea groves as their own. At present, a total of aboutthree hectares of the tea plantation is adopted by fifteen enterprises.Tealees from special adopted tea groves are processed exclusivelyfor adoptees. This approach brings in additional income and guaranteessupply of fine quality tea to consumers with deep pockets.
The resort is now a huge attraction for tourists and outdoorbuffs. Families from cities like to spend a few days there in winterwhen the mountains are quiet. In the autumn, many tourists hikealong an ancient trail all the way up to the resort. They prefer sucha stroll through woods. In the summer, the resort is a fine place tostay away from high temperatures. It also attracts families to spenddays there. It is a good place to gaze at stars at night. In springtime,people come here to enjoy sunrise spectacles andbuy tea just picked and processed.
Fengcha Resort hosts the annual Fenghua TeaFestival, which offers tourists an insight into theculture, tradition and lifestyle of local villages inthe nearby villages. The big part of the festival isa dragon dance. Cloth Bamboo, a craft for makingdragons recognized as a national intangiblecultural relic, originated in Tiaozhai, a villagenear the tea plantation. The dragon dancers fromthe village demonstrated their fold celebration inBeijing shortly after the founding of the People’sRepublic of China. In March 2017, eight hundredstudents of Fenghua organized themselves into abig dragon dance team and visited UK. The teamdemonstrated both the dragons and the dance. InMay 2018, Tiaozhai sent a dragon dance tea toKorea to take part in a parade in Daegu, ROK.
